Nasib Akill

Managing Director

Mr. Nasib Akill, Managing Director of IQI Energy Services, started in the security business with G4 S with various roles from Customer Care Manager and later Business Development Manager.

He then set up CMI Ghana with CMI South Africa and went to head its West African business stretching 18 countries, managing counter-party risk on behalf of major international banks based in Geneva. He won business of the year in 2016 with significant market share.

Nasib was also instrumental in the re-activation of BOST in 2014. IQI since 2014 has been managing stocks for BOST in all of its 5 depots (APD, Kumasi, Akosombo, Buipe & Bolga) and under his leadership, IQI continues to deliver excellent services for the largest Tank Farm Facility owner in the country.

Rayan Akill

Director – Compliance

Ms. Rayan Akill is a Director of IQI Energy Services Ghana Limited. She was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Ms. Akill holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs from the Lebanese American University, Lebanon, and a master’s degree in Development Management from the London School of Economics, England. She has worked as an Independent Project Consultant for OXFAM GB in London between 2016 and 2017. She then moved to the UN-ESCWA in Lebanon between 2017 and 2018, progressing from being an Intern Researcher to a Consultant.

Thereafter, she joined the Cefeidas Group in Buenos Aires as an Analyst of Political and Regulatory Risk until joining Design Post Ghana Limited in 2020. She speaks English, Spanish, French and Arabic

Judy Klah

Office Administration

Ms. Judy Klah is the Administrative Officer at IQI Energy Services. She has over the years worked as an administrator in the Stock Monitoring and Collateral Management industry.

She started from Collateral Management International, one of the leading South-African based stock monitoring companies in Ghana.

She performed administrative and human resource roles for 4 years and moved to IQI Energy Services Ghana Ltd to perform similar functions.

Seth Kofi Amankwah

Field Operations – Head

Mr. Seth Kofi Amankwah has over 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. He was a Senior Technical Supervisor at the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) from 2006 to 2012.

He also worked as a Senior Depot Supervisor at Collateral Management between 2014 and 2016. He joined IQI Energy Services in 2017 and has been a strong pillar to the company.

He is well-grounded in collateral management, stock monitoring and petroleum operations.

Mr. Amankwah has an outstanding personality with the finest technical competence in depot operations. He is well organized in his approach to work and an excellent team player

Bilal Captan

Office Operations – Head

Mr. Bilal Captan is currently the head of Office Operations at IQI Energy Services.

He has over 12 years’ experience in stock monitoring and logistics management at A. Kasardjian and Mobilia Ghana Limited respectively.

He then proceeded to Aramex Ghana Limited in 2012 as an Operations and Supply Chain Manager where he worked for 3 years.

He is versatile and has a multifaceted experience in commodity handling, construction, depot operations, cargo clearing and logistics management among others.

Nenyi Bentum Barnes

Office Operations – Assistant

Mr. Nenyi Bentum Barnes has over 5 years’ experience in midstream and downstream petroleum operations. He worked as a Senior Monitoring Technician at the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) from 2013 to 2014.

He then proceeded to Collateral Management International as a Field Monitoring Inspector between 2014 and 2016.  He is also a professional in stock monitoring, tank farm and petroleum refinery operations, and processing petroleum data.

Barnes is a team player and is currently preparing for the IFIA Petroleum Inspector Certification Programme.
